Just a quick reminder to make sure you are getting your Wendler Cycle in each week. If you are going to miss a Tuesday or Thursday make sure you are making it up on another day. You can get it in before or after class or try to get in on the weekend, whatever! Just make sure you are getting in and putting in that WORK.

This is going to be an all out effort for all 3 AMRAPS. No pacing and try to keep rests to a minimum.
