Today is day 2 of our Wendler Cycle. By now you should have completed at least one upper or lower body strength movement. Today you'll be working on the opposite of what you've done. You're all going to be SO strong at the end of this cycle, we promise.

If you get into the gym early definitely grab a rope and start warming up with single-unders and progress to practicing your double-unders for the WOD. Cheer leaders will be the substitute for DUs.
