In my opinion one should constantly ask themselves, "On a scale if 1-10, how present am I in this moment?" 1 is least present and 10 is most present. "How much attention are you giving to the person that you are talking to? How well are you listening? Are you inspired? Are you focused on that heavy snatch? Better be!!!

5X5 Snatch at 60%

5X5 Clean and Jerk at 65%

7X1 Snatch Grip Deadlift w/ 3 seconds pause at hang position at 100%
