Base Camp is our beginner fundamentals-based class taught at a slower pace in a positive and supportive environment. These classes feature scaled workouts for the inexperienced or entry-level athlete who desires to learn the proper techniques required to perfect the fundamentals, ultimately ensuring overall effectiveness.

All athletic backgrounds are welcome in Base Camp. Intensity, workload and strength training are set to your personal needs and any existing injuries can be worked around. Please inform the Coach of any injuries prior to class.

If you wish to register for our Base Camp class, please fill out the registration form to the right! You'll immediately receive some information about how to schedule your No-Sweat Consultation, which is the first step to getting started.

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to fill out the waiver form or you can fill it out online. Simply click the "waiver" icon at the bottom of the home page and submit.

For planning purposes, Base Camp classes meet three days per week: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 AM and again at 6:30 PM and on Saturday at 11 AM. Don't worry if those times don't work for you - just schedule your consultation and we'll show you some other options!
