CrossFit Elevation comes from very humble origins. We started in 2010 in the dingy corner of the now defunct D-Town boxing where most of our time was spent working out with friends and up and coming youth boxers. We have grown modestly from that 350 square foot corner to our new location right next door which is about 2000 square feet situated in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District in Denver. What sets CrossFit Elevation apart from other gyms is the community that has chosen us as their strength and conditioning headquarters. We truly believe that there is no other facility in Denver that is as positive and fun as CrossFit Elevation. Our coaches are not only amazing but also the kindest, friendliest and most charismatic coaches you’ll find anywhere.
From the outside it’s easy to see this incredible community of people committed to investing in their health and well being through strength and conditioning. As you peel back the layers and get to the core of the operation, you will find a family of people who have come together to form an incredible bond and a commitment to help each other change their lives for the better. This has nothing to do with an owner or a coach in the singular. CrossFit Elevation is about every single person who decides to walk through our doors and become part of something truly magical, positive and FUN!

CrossFit Elevation offers a variety of programs and classes to help you reach your personal goals. Whatever your fitness goals are, we look forward to working on them with you.
We provide both long term and short term one on one coaching depending on your individual needs. All abilities and fitness backgrounds welcome. Intensity and workload are tailored to each individual, all movements are fully scalable to your current skill level and level of progression. Don't worry and don't be scared, we'll start out wherever you need to and get you to the level you want to be at.
For those who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, the highest success rate (decreased injuries and consistent attendance) have been found in athletes who begin with a series of one on one personal sessions. One on one coaching is not a pre-requisite for attending our group classes.
Our classes provide each and every athlete with the best workout, coaching, and program design possible. Each hour-long class starts with a dynamic warm up, then progresses to skill and technique development, finally building up to our workout of the Day (WOD). Usually if there’s time for it, we’ll work on some mobility too.
A solid CrossFit foundation is paramount to your long-term fitness success.
Elevation Boot Camp incorporates body-weight movements, as well as props and weights to tone and sculpt lean muscle in your body. It is intended to be an alternative to the normal CrossFit classes we offer. Boot Camp classes are designed for both men and women and scaled to suit your fitness level. We believe in the importance of consistency, so please try to commit to training 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, one hour per day. Every day will be different and introduce you to new movements, creating variety in your workouts which is critical to your success.

CrossFit Elevation's yoga classes combine Vinyasa flow with Yin (restorative) postures. The classes are intended to stretch the muscles that we exhaust during our CrossFit classes, as well as facilitate mental relaxation. Becca and Deidre plan classes that focus on steady breath, mindful movement, and of course a lot of fun. Classes are accessible for practitioners at every level and included in both our CrossFit and Boot Camp memberships.

Your free trial includes a one-on-one introductory session and a taste of our group class. During your complimentary session you’ll experience an introductory CrossFit or Boot Camp workout, a fitness assessment and become educated on the fundamentals of CrossFit.
