What is Crossfit?
CrossFit training is the method we use to make you as good as you want to be. Whatever your goals are – climb a 14er, get your college six-pack back, keep up with the grandkids on a hike – we’d love to help make that happen. We believe CrossFit is the best fitness program ever devised to deliver optimal health across every measurable health indicator. How do we do it?
CrossFit takes the best of all the training methods out there. We shamelessly cherry-pick in order to provide only the very best to our athletes. We take the best parts of powerlifting to increase muscle mass and bone density. We use kettlebell training to increase core strength and shoulder function. The Olympic lifts develop explosive power, flexibility, and agility. Traditional calisthenics like push-ups and pull-ups build all-around strength, Rope climbing develops grip strength and endurance. Sprints burn fat and optimize hormones, while gymnastics exercises like dips and handstand push-ups develop strength and balance. We carefully scale these exercises for each individual so that each workout provides the ideal challenge for each athlete.
We combine these workouts in a unique, engaging, community environment that is always different and always intense. Your results will speak for themselves.
