We opened in December 2010 in the dingy corner of the now defunct D-Town boxing where most of our time was spent working out with friends and competitive youth boxers. We have grown modestly from that 350 square foot corner to our 2000 square foot box located at 8th and Santa Fe in the heart of Denver's booming Santa Fe Arts District. We believe our positivity, friendliness and all around fun makes us stand out above the rest. Our coaches are amazing and also the kindest and most charismatic coaches you’ll find in Denver.
From the outside it’s easy to see this incredible community of people committed to investing in their health and well being through strength and conditioning. CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit Elevation offers a variety of programs and classes to help you reach your personal goals. Whatever your fitness goals are, we look forward to helping you achieve them. It isn't just showing up to the gym and getting your workout in, it's receiving world-class coaching and personal attention to your training and nutrition goals from our coaches, all included.
All abilities and fitness backgrounds are welcome. Intensity and workload are tailored to each individual, all movements are scaled to fit your current level of skill and progression. We'll start out wherever you need to and get you to where you want to be. Technique and safety always comes first, then we work on adding the intensity as you get stronger and faster.
Classes provide each athlete with the best workout, coaching, and program design possible. Each hour-long session starts with a dynamic warm up, progresses to skill and technique development, then building up to our workout of the Day (WOD). Usually if there’s time for it, we’ll work on some mobility after too.
A solid CrossFit foundation is paramount to your long-term fitness success. This isn't a fad, it's a life style. It's making a commitment to a better you and performing to the best of your abilities guaranteeing a long happy and healthy life.
Base Camp is our beginner fundamentals-based classes taught at a slower pace in a positive and supportive environment. Classes feature scaled workouts for the inexperienced or entry-level athlete who will perfect the fundamentals to ensure safety and overall effectiveness. Whatever your fitness goals are, we want to work with you to achieve them.
All athletic backgrounds welcome, intensity and workload is set to your personal needs and any existing injuries can be worked around.

Elevation yoga combines Vinyasa flow with Yin (restorative) postures. The classes are intended to stretch the muscles that we exhaust during our CrossFit classes, as well as facilitate mental relaxation. We plan classes that focus on steady breath, mindful movement, and of course a lot of fun. Classes are accessible for practitioners at every level and included in all membership packages.
You will leave feeling rejuvenated, restored, and essentially bionic!
Before coming in for your first workout we would like to have a quick phone conversation to assess your goals and get to know you better. If we perceive a good fit then we'll schedule a guided intro session where you'll be given a tour of our facilities, how we operate, and go over our various memberships packages.

We enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and provide a friendly and welcoming community for traveling CrossFitters from around the world. Drop-ins are free! You must have CrossFit experience to drop-in, and you can join us as much as you'd like.

Please note our evening classes are the most full, so we ask that you try to avoid our 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm class times, if possible.
